I stayed up a bit later than usual last night to watch the Aurora Borealis. Didn’t see a thing. Don’t know if I was too early or if it didn’t show.
I spent the time waiting checking out the constellations and all I learned was that I either never knew them or forgot the few I did know. I spotted the big and little dipper and that was all.
But it’s not my fault. Canis Major is two stars in a line that are supposed to look like a dog. Really? Who decided that?
I think I’ll stick to writing fiction. It’s closer to reality.
