What to do when writer’s block stops you cold?
You stop writing, forget all about your plot, your characters, your theme, your editor, your publisher, and yourself.
You go somewhere where you feel comfortable. Maybe that’s somewhere else physically and maybe it’s somewhere inside of yourself.
You don’t come back until you are completely rested and whatever has caused that writer’s block has evaporated and you can see that the world is still there, still beautiful, still turning every day, and waiting for your return.
Then you sit down at your computer once more and start writing.
